Frank H. Warnock

Frank H. Warnock was born and raised in Greenup, Ky. After graduating from Holy Family High School, Frank attended the University of Kentucky.

Upon graduation from college, Frank served in the U.S Army and served as a military policeman. After completing his tour of duty, Frank returned to Lexington, KY, and the University of Kentucky College of Law. In 1974, Frank graduated from UK School of Law with the Order of the Coif and returned to Greenup to form Warnock & Warnock with his father, Frank K. Warnock.

Upon his return to Greenup, his practice covered everything from criminal defense to real estate law. He also was appointed the Greenup County Master Commissioner as well as the Greenup County Domestic Relations Commissioner and still serves as the former.

Matthew J Warnock

Matthew J. Warnock

Matthew J. Warnock was born and raised in Russell, KY. After graduating from Russell High School in 1994, Matthew attended the University of Kentucky and obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in History. Matthew then attended the University of Dayton School of Law and obtained a Juris Doctorate in 2001.

After passing the Kentucky Bar Exam, Matthew took a position at the Jefferson County Public Defender’s Office in Louisville, KY. After defending indigent criminal clients for several years, Matthew returned home to practice at Warnock & Warnock in 2004.

After beginning as an associate at Warnock & Warnock, Matthew has taken a plethora of cases from real estate law to criminal defense to personal injury. In 2012, Matthew took a position as an Assistant Greenup County Attorney and currently serves the county in that capacity.
Relations Commissioner and still serves as the former.
